President of Premier Testing, Inc. located in Fairlawn, Ohio.
He established his company in 2002 while working as a consultant to the personnel placement industry. Currently, several hotel management companies such as Stanford, Gemstone, Dolce, and Prism use his product. He has also worked with Ohio companies such as Solmet Technologies, Tusco Display Products, Mansfield Plumbing and others. They have found it extremely useful in providing excellent behavioral information in an easy to understand format. George has established himself as a certified distributor for Target Training International worldwide.
Previously, George has worked as a trainer and business consultant to international companies such as Goodyear Aerospace, Lockheed-Martin, Mobil Chemical, Diebold, Marconi, and others. His primary focus was on team building, business development, quality team initiatives (ISO 9000 and Baldrige Award) and hiring practices.
He has a Masters in Business (MBA) degree from the University of Akron and a bachelor degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY. He is also certified as a Baldrige Examiner, a Professional Values Analyst (CPVA) and a Professional Behavioral Analyst (CPBA).
